Judging for D&AD

Some exciting news this month: D&AD have asked me to judge the Writing for Design category in the 2009 Awards.
This will be my first time on a D&AD jury, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it all works - and of course to wielding my awesome power over trembling examples of the year's copywriting. Who will earn my favour, and who my wrath? I just hope the quality is high enough to produce more than 2008's single (and worthy) nomination in this category.
The other judges on my jury are:
- Adrian Shaughnessy (Foreman)
- John Simmons of The Writer
- Jim Davies
- Richard Scholey of Elmwood
- Maf Bishop
- Andrew Gorman of Radley Yeldar
Labels: 2009, awards, D and AD, judge, judging, Writing for Design
