We’ve written a few bits and pieces for Howies over the years, contributing both to the famous catalogue, and to Howies’ other marketing efforts.

It’s a lovely brand to write for. Our first two pieces were a rumination on the dangers of debt, and then a look at the issue of tax, and whether we have quite the right attitude to it in the UK.

Not your usual corporate fare, but then Howies is far from your usual corporate. (Mike got a byline on those two articles, too. Again, a rare treat for a copywriter, as we tend to plough an anonymous furrow.)

More recently, we wrote an email to announce the arrival of the remarkable Ventile jacket. And we even wrote and designed our own Howies T–shirt, which they added to their range a few years back.
