We’ve been working with the Tom Aikens group of restaurants since late 2011.
Initially, we developed the voice for the Michelin–starred chef’s eponymous flagship restaurant in Chelsea. More recently, we’ve been writing for the growing brasserie chain, Tom’s Kitchen.
We’ve helped develop the voice of the restaurants, and written a range of web, email and newsletter copy for the brands.
Poor Mike was also forced to endure three courses of Tom’s Michelin-star food, to properly appreciate the chef’s unique flavours. He’s never shut up about that beetroot dessert.
