Bulb launched in 2015, with a simple aim: to make buying and using energy for your home simpler. A smooth, simple, well-written user journey was key.

Most energy suppliers like to make things complicated. There are dozens of different tariffs, special offers, price freezes and fixes. By contrast, Bulb keeps thing simple: there’s one, 100% renewable tariff for everyone, and no horse-trading.

Our job was to make switching to Bulb – and using the service day-to-day – as simple as the business model. We wrote emails and a website, removing pain points and complexity. The result is a better, simpler way to buy energy.
