Since naming property startup Ink, we’ve been hard at work on bringing the service to life.

We were involved in every part of the UX – from the website and app copy, to service emails and texts. Our goal was to make the process as simple and beautiful as possible, and to make sure every single element reflects the character of the brand.

So, rather than sending emails and copy documents back and forth, we sat down with the designers and developers, to spot gaps and opportunities as they came up. There was no ‘What should this bit say?’ or ‘We need 10 words to go here’, because we took a truly collaborative approach from day one.

We think the results speak for themselves. For Ink, the words don’t finish off the experience. They’re part of the experience – and the experience is all the better for it.
